To be honest, I’ve always found myself to be an entrepreneur. Moreover, I have always had a passion for applying my background in healthcare to help people and upgrade our outdated education system. I saw a wide range of opportunities to cultivate positive change based on my own experience in these industries, prompting my pathway within this business landscape. What makes your company stand out? Our company is very people-focused. Many other businesses outsource technologies, while our organization tries to be much more directly personable. This is key when it comes to implementation, for example. Our main goal is to make a positive impact in the community while advocating for long-term change to the education system. How has your company grown since its inception? There have been a lot of new additions in roles as we have found newer ways to serve our clients since the organization’s inception. That I am in the business of actually helping and healing people. Whether it be my personal clients or the people my organization aims to serve, the fact that I am directly having a positive impact on other human beings is frankly what is most rewarding to me. My suggestion is to hire a professional who can really monitor how much money is coming in and how much is being spent on business needs. My second piece of advice would be to implement an emergency cash reserve. While many businesses are confident in their first month's profit, it is important to have some financial flexibility. Any thoughts on the future of your company and your dreams? I have always taken inspiration from individuals such as Elon Musk.
